USA Ball Hockey to Host Women's National Team Tryouts at Irvine Inline

Tryouts will be held in California for the first time on July 24-25

USA Ball Hockey and the Anaheim Ducks today announced tryouts for U.S. Women's National Team (USWNT) will be held in California for the first time July 24-25 at THE RINKS - Irvine Inline. The two-day tryouts will determine player representatives for Team USA at the 2022 ISBHF World Championships to be held in Manitoba, Canada.

USWNT coaches and scouting staff will be in attendance throughout the camp to evaluate players. Tryouts will be held on Saturday, July 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, July 25 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Players of all ages are welcome. Those trying out under the age of 18 will need to also need to provide a parental or guardian permission slip. All players who register will receive a USA Ball Hockey t-shirt to be worn at the camp and kept upon completion.

Players are expected to bring their own equipment, including a hockey stick and helmet with full cage. All players are encouraged to bring their own personal water bottles. Water will be available at the two-day camp.

The camp held at THE RINKS - Irvine Inline is one of three open tryouts July 24-25, including Westborough, Mass. And Fort Wayne, Ind. A final invitation-only camp will be held in Philadelphia later this year.
