Credit Card, Refund, and Account Usage Policies
The Rinks & Great Park Ice
Account & Payment Authorization
All purchases, registrations, and program enrollments processed online through Dash require a valid credit or debit card linked to the customer account. By saving a payment method and completing a transaction, the account holder authorizes The Rinks and Great Park Ice to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees associated with the account.
Payments
Unless otherwise stated, all registrations and purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout through the Dash platform, prior to participation in the applicable program. The Rinks and Great Park Ice accepts all major credit cards. Registrations are not considered complete until payment authorization has been successfully processed. Cash payments are accepted only for transactions handled in person at the rink with an authorized staff member, prior to participation in the applicable program.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered and selected, a valid credit card must be saved to the Dash account. Remaining installment payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file on the scheduled dates displayed during registration. It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that payment information remains current and valid.
Late, Failed, or Missing Payments
If a participant participates in a program without remitting payment in full prior to such participation, The Rinks and Great Park Ice reserve the right to charge the saved payment method for the date, session or program participated in or otherwise seek collection of the payment. If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, The Rinks and Great Park Ice reserve the right to automatically charge the saved payment method for any outstanding balances, including late or missed installment payments. Failure to resolve unpaid balances may result in suspension of account access, suspension from The Rinks or Great Park Ice facilities, removal from programs, and/or ineligibility for future registrations until all balances are paid in full.
Refunds/Credits
- All sales are considered final.
- Refund/Credit eligibility varies by program and is solely up to the discretion of the Rinks and Great Park Ice management.
- If a program or service is canceled by The Rinks or Great Park Ice, a full refund or account credit may be issued at the facility’s discretion.
Method of Refund
If a refund is approved, it will be issued as credit to the customer account which may be used for future purchases at The Rinks and/or Great Park Ice.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Account holders should contact The Rinks or Great Park Ice management directly regarding any billing questions or disputes prior to initiating a chargeback.
Dash Account Usage
A Dash account may only be used to register the account holder (who must be 18 years of age or older) and/or minor children for whom the account holder has the legal authority to execute waivers, releases, and other required consent documents. By completing a registration, the account holder affirms that they possess such authority. Registration of minors or any other individuals without the required legal authority is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Policy Acceptance & Updates
Use of the Dash platform to complete a registration or purchase constitutes acceptance of this Credit Card, Refund, and Account Usage Policy. The Rinks and Great Park Ice reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of registration governs that transaction.
Program Rules and Policies
In addition to the terms and conditions contained here, participation in each program offered by The Rinks and Great Park Ice is subject to rules and policies pertaining to the particular program, which can be found in the program description. By registering for any programs through the Dash platform, or participating in any programs, participant accepts and agrees to abide by all such program rules and policies.
